The Primo Accessory Pack includes, a wooden pizza peel, this is used for manoeuvring pizzas and breads into the oven. A metal pizza peel, used for manoeuvring pizzas, breads, pots and pans around inside the oven. A pizza slicer, used for cutting pizzas.
Primo Stainless Steel Stand.
This stainless steel stand is for people that may not want to build their own base for the oven or that maybe looking at moving house in the not too distant future. The stand takes around 20 mins to assemble, meaning you will be cooking in no time.
Stone Bake Sealant.
This is only necessary if you are using the oven in its core form (as it arrives), we recommend coating your oven twice a year to protect it from frost.

Just like to say thank you tom for all your help, we used the primo oven for the first time on sunday, i thought if i am going to fail i will do it in a big way so we invited 10 people around for pizza. we had an amazing afternoon making pizzas we made over 20 and to my surprise they were all perfect, the recipes for the dough and the tomato sauce are spot on . i cant see us using our oven any more, roll on the weekend i even made a calzone. i think ill buy myself a bike and start home deliveries

Thoroughly enjoying the Primo! Had a party last night, I think we did 15 pizzas – terrific summer evening. We have had some wonderful pizza gatherings. Recently had a birthday party for my wife, who has a couple of favourites (BBQ chicken) and the starter I mentioned before (Caramelised Onion and Goat Cheese). This is a fairly simply pizza to make and everyone seems to love it to get the night started.

The Primo is fantastic and has survived it’s first winter without issue. I’ve really missed the outdoor cooking through winter as my wife doesn’t have the same passion to eat fresh pizza in the snow as I do! The plans and build for the outdoor kitchen went really well and the Primo really finishes it off, it looks right at home and as soon as we get a clear day, I’ll be lighting it up again.

Well, we travelled 4,000 miles to Chicago to test the best they had to offer.....result...my husband left his pizza base, ate the topping to be polite and prefers the thin crust pizza cooked in our little Primo!!!!

The Primo 60: Heat Up Times & Heat Retention
The Primo 60 Oven heats up quickly, reaching maximum cooking temperatures within 20 minutes. Due to its insulating nature the Primo Oven can retain heat in its core form for over 5 hours, without the need to add additional wood.
The Primo 60: Indoor and Outdoor Installation

The Primo 60: Flue Placement
The Primo 60's oven flue is placed outside the oven cooking chamber. This smart design means when the door is closed, the flue vent is cut off. This flue feature is crucial for maximum heat retention, low wood consumption and especially useful for roasting and other cooking techniques in a wood fired oven. Ovens with centralised flue vents in the oven dome result in sub-standard heat retention and higher fuel costs. For a black/ coloured flue finish, apply stove paint.
The Primo 60: Material Composition
The Primo 60 Oven Dome is made from an insulating aggregate, meaning excellent heat retention. The Primo 60: No Curing Fires
The Primo 60 Oven by the Stone Bake Oven Company is the only wood fired oven on the UK market that does not require curing fires. Curing fires are a process of ‘setting the oven,’ before you use it, and can involve burning fires at consistent temperatures over a period of days. The Primo 60: Assembly

The Primo 60: Oven Delivery
Oven delivery costs £49.99. Delivery takes place between 9-5pm, Monday – Friday, unfortunately a time may not be specified. Someone will need to be present to sign for it. Saturday delivery is available at an additional charge. The Primo 60 Oven arrives on a standard pallet, weighing approximately 160kg. The driver will be able to unload the pallet using a tail lift. The pallet can be maneuvered on solid ground with a pallet truck. Its is not the responsibility of the driver to set your oven in place and/or assemble it.
